In the event that you need to return a product to us, rest assured that we’ve got you covered. You can return most unused items within 90 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs. However, please take note of the exceptions and exclusions mentioned below. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, unless you choose to return the item in-store, where some exclusions may apply.

They’ll guide you through the return or exchange process, making sure all your questions are answered. In most cases, we’ll provide you with a return authorization to ensure a smooth process. We’ll also keep an eye out for your return every step of the way!

Returning Web Orders In-Store

For those who prefer to return web orders in-store, we’ve got you covered too! Just bring the item in its original packaging, along with the invoice, to any of our convenient Camping World retail locations. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, with some exclusions possibly applying.

Returning Retail Purchases with a Receipt

If you’ve made a retail purchase and have the receipt, returning the item is a breeze! Simply bring back the unused and unopened item, along with the original sales receipt, to receive a full refund or exchange. Don’t worry if you have a gift receipt – you’ll receive store credit for the item’s amount at the time of purchase.

Returning Retail Purchases without a Receipt

No receipt? No problem! We understand that things sometimes get misplaced. If you’re returning a retail purchase without a receipt, we’ll issue a refund in the form of a store merchandise credit. The refund will be processed at the lowest price within the last 90 days. To protect against fraudulent returns, please ensure you have a valid, state-issued driver’s license or ID card.

Good Sam Members: We’ve Got You Covered

At Quill And Fox, we value our Good Sam members and want to make their experience even better. If you’re a Good Sam member with continuous active membership, you can return any unused and unopened product purchased on or after February 9, 2018, at any time. Please note that some exclusions may apply. Don’t miss out on this additional perk!

Got a Good Sam Protection Plan? No worries! Simply bring your purchase to the store for processing, or give us a call at 1-888-626-7576. If you paid with a personal check, please be aware that there’s a 14-day hold period before you’re eligible for a return.

Exceptions & Exclusions

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are a few exceptions and exclusions to keep in mind. Non-returnable items include outboard motors, trolling motors, EPIRBs, boats, SPOT, life rafts, PLBs, Class B AIS, items with expiration dates, custom-made or special-order items, rigging, generators, electronic charts, mattresses, flares, hazardous items, licenses, and gift cards. If you encounter any issues with these products, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

For items that can be returned, as long as they remain unopened and unused, you have a 30-day window. These items include electronics, skateboards, bikes, software, bedding, canoes, tents, drones, and kayaks. After 30 days, any defective products must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Please note that clearance and outlet items are sold as is and cannot be returned at any time. Additionally, once an item is installed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If the product becomes defective, please reach out to the manufacturer for further assistance.

Lastly, if you’ve received any items as part of a promotional discount, please keep in mind that the value of the discount, free product, or gift card will be deducted from your refund. Items received as part of a free gift promotion can only be exchanged for a direct replacement in case of damage or defect. Please note that gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to previous purchases.
