Supply List for Printing on Tissue Paper

Your supply list for this project is very short. You’ll need tape, an iron, standard computer paper (either 8 1/2″ x 11″ or 8 1/2″ x 14″), and tissue paper. I used the tissue paper available in a large pack from the dollar store and cut it to 8″ x 10″ to safely attach it to the computer paper. Additionally, you’ll need a computer and a printer.

Next, cut the tissue paper to your preferred size and lightly iron it. You won’t be able to make it completely smooth, but ironing will help remove some of the wrinkles so that it can easily pass through the printer. Remember to keep the iron on a low setting to prevent triggering the steam. It’s just a precautionary measure, and a few wrinkles won’t be a problem.

Ironing Paper

After ironing, tape the tissue paper to the standard computer paper. Make sure to smooth it out, eliminating any bubbles. It’s essential to secure the tape on all four corners.
