What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our Mansfield Mill Operations team as a trainee in one of our five departments. Here’s what you’ll learn to do:

• Ensure safety processes are properly managed
• Maintain compliance with environmental standards
• Assist machine operators in their tasks
• Test materials to ensure quality and compliance
• Take responsibility for cleaning assigned areas

The Skills You’ll Bring:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Experience working in manufacturing environments
• The ability to read and understand training materials
• A quick learning and adaptable mindset
• A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• The minimum age of 18
• Eligibility for employment in the U.S.

You must also be willing to:

• Undergo a drug screening as a condition of employment
• Submit to periodic drug screenings
• Work any shift or a rotating shift schedule
• Work overtime, including on short notice
• Work holidays and weekends regularly
• Wear required safety equipment
• Operate or work in industrial conditions
