Processing and Shipping

At Quill And Fox, we are committed to delivering our products to customers all across the United States and even to APO/FPO addresses. Whether you’re in the contiguous states or residing in U.S. territories, we’ve got you covered. Depending on the destination, we utilize reliable shipping services such as USPS or UPS to ensure that your orders reach you in a timely manner.

Domestic Shipping Details

Speedy Processing and Timely Deliveries

Rest assured, most orders are processed within 72 hours from the time of purchase. Our team works diligently from Monday to Friday to ensure that your items are ready for shipping as quickly as possible. Once your order has left our facility, you can expect ground shipments to arrive within 1-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges will be added to your invoice.

Special Requirements for Select Fabrics

For Home Fabric and Fashion Fabrics starting with PV, SUN, and FS36003, we request an additional 2-3 business days for processing. However, once these items are received at our location, we make it a priority to ship them expressed. Please allow 7-14 business days for items beginning with AWG.

Express Shipping

If you’re in a hurry to receive your package, we offer express shipping as an option during checkout. To provide you with accurate quotes, we automatically calculate the cost based on factors such as size, weight, and destination. Just a heads up, the cut-off time for expedited shipping is 1:00 pm EST. Orders placed using express shipping after this time will be shipped on the following business day.

Sales Tax and Shipping Rates

Please be aware that sales tax is applicable to shipping rates when shipping within the states of New York (8.875%) and New Jersey (6.875%) only if your products are taxable.

Lost Packages and Returns

While we strive to ensure the safe delivery of your orders, unforeseen circumstances might occasionally arise. In the rare event that a package is lost, kindly note that there will be a waiting period of 12-14 business days from the date of shipment before we can process a replacement order for you. If you require the order sooner, we recommend placing a new order, and upon its arrival, you can return the delayed package for a refund.

Undeliverable Packages and Weather Delays

In case a package is deemed undeliverable, please note that there will be an $11.00 re-delivery fee. Kindly take note that MoodFabrics.com cannot be held responsible for any weather-related delays that might occur during transit.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Other Locations

We understand that our customers in Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico may have special requirements when it comes to shipping. If your items cannot fit in a standard USPS Flat Rate shipping box, additional shipping charges may apply due to size, weight, or special handling. Rest assured, in such cases, we will reach out to you via email and/or phone to discuss the shipping options that best suit your needs.

International Shipping with Quill And Fox

Do you reside outside the United States? No worries! We offer international shipping to various countries. During the checkout process, simply select your country from the drop-down menu to access specific pricing. Please keep in mind that international P.O. boxes are not supported for delivery.

Due to customs restrictions, there may be certain items that we are unable to ship to certain countries. Processing Time for International Orders

Kindly note that orders shipped outside of the U.S. may require an additional 3-9 business days for processing. The exact processing time will depend on when your order reaches the UPS i-Parcel Facility.

With our UPS i-parcel DDP service (Delivered Duties Paid), any applicable import duties and taxes will be collected during checkout. This means that no extra fees will be required upon delivery.
