How Does Our Paper Making Machinery Work?

Step 1: Making the Slurry

  1. Prepare the raw material, which can be waste paper, newspaper, books, or wood fiber.
  2. Put the raw material into a pool.
  3. Use a potcher to rinse the material for white paper production.
  4. Apply pressure using a stainless steel pressure screen to squeeze the slurry, resulting in finished pulp.

Step 2: Forming the Paper

In the forming section, a slurry of fibers, usually wood or waste paper, is drained to create a continuous paper web.

Step 3: Pressing the Paper

In this section, excess water is squeezed out from the wet web, ensuring the paper retains the desired consistency.

Step 4: Drying the Paper

Through our advanced heater drying machine, the paper is efficiently dried, ready for use.

The Categories of Our Paper Manufacturing Machine

Based on the shape of the net, we offer two main types of machines: the fourdrinier paper machine and the cylinder mould paper machine. The fourdrinier machine, named after the Fourdrinier brothers who invented it, dates back to 1803. On the other hand, the cylinder machine was invented in 1809.
